v1.0.61

TherapyCRM 1.0.61 — Connected therapist workflows and clearer clinical forms

September 19, 2026 at 1:15 AM
Connect therapist workflows to saved practice records, improve goal data collection and graphs, and explain treatment-plan validation errors.

New Features

  • Therapist workflows connect appointments, client details, clinical sessions, notes, clock events, breaks, time off and preferences to saved practice records.
  • Session collection drafts can be recovered after reopening a session, with protection against duplicate submissions and package consumption.
  • Clients and authorized guardians can grant or decline photo and video consent from Account in the client portal.
  • Family updates support photos and videos from Photos or Camera, subject to recorded media consent.
  • Staff clock events record verification evidence for kiosk and phone actions, with manager review and client visit-location settings.

Improvements

  • Goal collection sheets use their stored templates, field bindings, prompt options and measurement settings.
  • Date and time controls, numeric validation, predefined choices and required-field feedback reduce entry and formatting mistakes.
  • Guidance is compact by default and expands when needed; option labels and units use readable words instead of underscores.
  • Goal progress graphs use the configured measurement and separate primary outcomes from supplementary collection sheets.
  • The therapist app uses TherapyCRM branding and refreshes connected records when returning to a screen.

Bug Fixes

  • Treatment-plan create and update errors identify rejected fields instead of displaying only Validation failed; entries remain available for correction.
  • Session changes preserve the correct draft and submission receipt for each collection sheet.
  • New collection sheets reuse configured choices without copying previous session responses.
  • Clock and break requests preserve their source and avoid duplicate changes when retried.
  • Phone punches commit the shift and verification evidence together so a failed write can be retried safely.
  • Mobile schedules remain available when an optional feed is unavailable, and saved records are retained during temporary outages.
  • Shift corrections include an explicit date and default to the original event date for older or overnight shifts.

Breaking Changes

  • Photo and video family updates require recorded client media consent. Existing clients start with consent not on file; a permitted staff member or guardian must record consent before adding or publishing media.
v1.0.60

TherapyCRM 1.0.60 — Public website rendering and product discovery

September 18, 2026 at 5:59 AM
Public pages load their scripts and styles reliably, with clearer product navigation, practical workflow examples and easier access to demo requests.

Improvements

  • Added contextual links between product and discipline pages, practical ABA and progress-tracking examples, and clearer demo links.
  • Improved main content landmarks and mobile wrapping on public pages.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed blocked scripts and styles in cached public pages.
  • Cached public pages now wait for the page content to finish rendering.
v1.0.59

TherapyCRM 1.0.59 — Session notes for manual appointments

September 17, 2026 at 7:49 PM
Clinicians assigned through manual appointments can save session notes from the client profile without creating a treatment plan.

Improvements

  • Public website analytics can use the configured measurement ID while continuing to require consent and run only on approved public production pages.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed the Progress note access is not permitted error when an assigned clinician saves a client-profile note without an appointment or treatment-plan link.
  • Notes created through this workflow can be reopened and edited by their author; treatment plans remain optional.
v1.0.58

TherapyCRM 1.0.58 — Family portal reliability and payment safeguards

September 15, 2026 at 6:40 AM
This release fixes assigned forms, guardian session revocation, message attachments and conversation refresh, and strengthens invoice checkout recovery and billing access checks.

Improvements

  • Practice conversations refresh when you return to the tab and while a thread is open.
  • Repeated payment requests resume the same checkout, and replaced checkouts close before a new balance can be collected.

Bug Fixes

  • Assigned family forms can be opened, saved and submitted by guardians with clinical access.
  • A rejected message attachment no longer leaves behind a sent message, partial attachment binding or unread-count changes.
  • Re-enabling a guardian account does not restore sessions that were revoked when the account was disabled.
  • Invoice payment confirmation checks the selected invoice and the guardian's current billing access.
  • Checkout retries recover after a lost response and reconcile an expired session before creating a replacement.
v1.0.57

TherapyCRM 1.0.57 — Family portal: permissions, policies, online payments

September 15, 2026 at 6:40 AM
The family portal gains per-guardian access levels, a practice portal policy families accept before requesting visits, a practice-wide Family portal page with announcements, a Progress tab, online invoice payment through your own Stripe account, message attachments, and the remaining screens of the family app.

New Features

  • Per-guardian access levels (clinical, photos and video, billing, scheduling) can be set when inviting a guardian and changed from the client access card, so a custody-restricted parent sees only what you allow.
  • Practice portal policy in Practice Settings: turn the portal or online visit requests on or off, set notice and booking windows and request limits, and write a policy families accept before they can send requests; changes to the text prompt families to accept again.
  • A practice-wide Family portal page lists every guardian account with access, status, last sign-in and terms acceptance, with resend, disable and password-reset actions, and lets you publish announcements that appear at the top of every family's Updates tab.
  • A Progress tab in the family portal shows goals from the active plan with family-friendly status labels and trends drawn only from sessions the care team has signed off.
  • Online payments: connect your own Stripe account from Practice Settings and families can pay open invoices by card from the Billing tab; TherapyCRM never holds the money and the payment is recorded on the invoice automatically.
  • Messages support image and PDF attachments for both staff and families.
  • The family app now covers updates and announcements, visit requests and changes, messages with attachments, progress, home practice, documents, forms, billing, account settings and the policy gate.

Improvements

  • Guardians can reset a forgotten password themselves, update their profile and notification preferences, and change their password from the Account tab; staff can resend invitations, disable or re-enable sign-in and send a reset from the client access card.
  • Portal sessions stay alive while a family is active and warn two minutes before they expire; opening a tab always shows fresh data.
  • Visits list recent and cancelled appointments with the clinician's name, and change requests inside the notice window are flagged as late notice for staff.
  • Guardians accept the terms and privacy policy when they create their account, and the practice policy text appears in the booking and change dialogs.
  • The Family portal and Online payments cards sit at the end of Practice Settings, and the Online payments card scrolls into view when you return from Stripe.

Bug Fixes

  • An invitation sent to an email address that already belongs to a portal account at another practice is now refused with a clear message instead of failing silently.
  • The family app's sign-in no longer fails the CSRF check.
  • Deep links to portal tabs open the right tab, and a link to a tab the guardian cannot see falls back to Updates instead of an empty page.
  • A disabled guardian sees why they were signed out, and a shared document without a file no longer opens blank.
v1.0.56

TherapyCRM 1.0.56 — Connected calendars redesign

September 13, 2026 at 3:49 PM
The Connected calendars card on your profile and on Practice Settings > Integrations has a clearer layout that shows the sync status of every connected calendar at a glance.

Improvements

  • Connected calendars now has a practice sync toggle with helper text, an empty state before any account is connected, connection headers with status badges, and a sync status badge for each calendar (Synced, Sync queued, Needs attention).
  • Sync now and Remove actions sit beside each calendar, direction icons show what is synchronized, and the last synchronized time reads naturally, for example 5 min ago.

Bug Fixes

  • The Add calendar form can now be cancelled without adding a calendar.
